The highly sought after Revolving Loan Fund has been helping our local, small
business obtain capital to aid them in the expansion of their businesses. Since the launch of this program, applications have been streaming in from small businesses throughout the area. Your HCCW Revolving Loan Fund provides access to capital for businesses that otherwise may not qualify for traditional business loans through conventional finance channels.
