MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Benefits: Membership plaques, monthly newsletter, monthly networking membership meetings, membership directory listing-directory widely distributed, applicable business technical and development assistance, counseling and resources, workshops and seminars, advocacy and promotion, bid/spec review site, access to financial capital, high level access to major corporations and all levels of government, lobby display of company brochure or business cards.

| A.
| Hispanic or Minority Business Annual Dues $150 + $25 per alternate
Any business that is (a) engaged in business activity with the State of Wisconsin, and (b) at least 51% owned, controlled, and actively managed by a Hispanic (or other minority) person or persons.

| B.
| Hispanic or Minority Association Annual Dues $150 + $25 per alternate
Any not-for-profit corporation or other non-profit organization that is interested in fostering economic development of the Hispanic or other minority business community, either generally or in a specific trade, profession, industry or worker organization.

| C.
| Regular Membership Annual Dues $150 + $25 per alternate
Any individual, organization, or other entity that by reason of current, former, or anticipated business or professional activity is interested in the advancement of Hispanic economic and business development.

| D.
| Preferred Business Membership Annual Dues $500 + $25 per alternate
Any business interested in the advancement of Hispanic economic and business development.

| E.
| Junior Membership (Non-Voting) Annual Dues $40
Any full-time student
|
| F.
| Senior Citizen Membership (Non-Voting) Annual Dues $40
Any individual 62 years of age or older who is retired from full-time employment. |

| Corporate Bronze Annual Dues $2,000

| Corporate Silver Annual Dues $3,500

- Prominent listing in annual banquet program
- Corporate logo on HCCW website
- One placement with HCCWJOBS.com per calendar year

Membership in this Corporation shall be open to all businesses and individuals who qualify for membership in any of the categories of membership set forth herein. Each member shall belong to one of the categories of membership.
